The following refund and exchange policy applies to ticket sales for the E-Commerce Day of Azerbaijan event. Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.


Ticket Refunds and Cancellations

  • Ticket refunds or cancellations are only accepted via written requests.
  • To request a refund or cancel your ticket, please send an email to [email protected].
  • The email should include the following information:
    • Your full name.
    • The date of your purchase.
    • Your ticket number (if available).
    • Reason for cancellation (optional).

Refund Process

  • Once we receive your refund request, it will be reviewed within 5 business days, and you will be notified of the outcome.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed through the payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exchange Policy

  • Tickets for the event cannot be exchanged for another event.
  • If you wish to transfer your ticket to another attendee, please email us at [email protected] with the relevant details.

Event Cancellation

  • In the event of cancellation by the organizers, your ticket fee will be fully refunded.
  • Notification of event cancellations will be sent via email.
