Ticket Refunds and Cancellations
- Ticket refunds or cancellations are only accepted via written requests.
- To request a refund or cancel your ticket, please send an email to [email protected].
- The email should include the following information:
- Your full name.
- The date of your purchase.
- Your ticket number (if available).
- Reason for cancellation (optional).
Refund Process
- Once we receive your refund request, it will be reviewed within 5 business days, and you will be notified of the outcome.
- If approved, refunds will be processed through the payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Exchange Policy
- Tickets for the event cannot be exchanged for another event.
- If you wish to transfer your ticket to another attendee, please email us at [email protected] with the relevant details.
Event Cancellation
- In the event of cancellation by the organizers, your ticket fee will be fully refunded.
- Notification of event cancellations will be sent via email.
